He decides to take matters into his own hands and download the program from the GalaxyOne CEO’s office, where he and Rene are captured. Meanwhile, Will is upset that Felicity is still pushing him out of her life. She finds Alena and forces her to help shut down the program. In the future, Felicity works to hack the Archer program powering GalaxyOne’s Zeta soldiers. Oliver pursues her to the roof, where he refuses to kill her. When they arrive, Emiko as the Green Arrow has stolen the bio-weapon. Upon returning to headquarters, the team gets an alert that the Green Arrow is attacking the SCPD. Oliver awakens from his hallucination when the team finds him still trapped in the rubble. As Emiko is hit, the rest of Team Arrow falls with Oliver’s arrows in them.
When Emiko tells Oliver that she knows about the baby, Oliver fires one of Emiko’s arrow back at her and kills her. While Team Arrow fights the assassins, Oliver chases Emiko. The group is surrounded by Emiko and the 9th Circle. Oliver envisions himself rejoin the rest of the team. He has to deal with her as ruthlessly as Emiko dealt with their father. Oliver says that his family will never be safe as long as Emiko lives. Tommy tries to show Oliver that continuing his relentless pursuit of Emiko has him just as trapped in his family’s cycle of violence and destruction as the rubble has him trapped beneath the collapsed building.
In Oliver’s vision, Tommy helps Oliver free himself from the rubble and from the building’s lower floor. Oliver imagines Tommy with him in the rubble. In order to prove himself to the team, Roy braves a deadly gas in order to turn off the building’s emergency generator before it can ignite the chemicals and blow the building to the ground with Oliver and the team still inside. Roy feels terrible that they lied to protect him, putting everything that they worked for all year in jeopardy. Felicity manages to contact them and tell the group that Emiko has turned over the tape to the SCPD. Diggle, Roy, Dinah, and Rene get back on their feet and begin searching for Oliver.
